Born to Race

I guess in Todd's case, you could say racing is in his blood.  His grandfather, W.S. Stutts, raced Go-Karts, as did Todd's father, Ray Shaffer; uncles Roger and Larry Stutts, and his younger brother, Eric "Zip" Shaffer.  Todd got his first go-kart when he was 7 years old, but wasn't permitted to officially race until he was 8...
